1. By instructing India Visa Head Office Services
to act as your agent for the provision of, visas and other
related services, you agree to all the terms set out below.
No agent or servant of India Visa Head Office is permitted
to alter these terms, except as expressly agreed in writing

2. India Visa Head Office will use its best endeavors
to provide accurate and reliable information at all times
and to process applications as requested by the client.
However, requirements and fees related to the processing
of, visas and related services are outside the control
of India Visa Head Office and subject to change without
prior notice. These include, but are not limited to, Office
fees, additional documentation, application forms, and
processing times. India Visa Head Office does not accept
responsibility for any changes in requirements or fees
and reserve the right to pass on any increased charges.

3. India Visa Head Office do not accept responsibility
for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application whatsoever
or howsoever caused by consulates, embassies or the passport
office. Nor do we accept liability for loss, delays or
non-issuance of any application arising from or in connection
with (to include but not restricted to) incomplete application
forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms,
inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation, acts
of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war,
strikes, acts or omissions by public authorities. India
Visa Head Office recommends tickets are not purchased prior
to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific
requirement of the Office, in which case open tickets should
be obtained.

4. Unless
specific instructions are received in writing to the contrary,
India Visa Head Office normally send completed applications
by Royal Mail Special Delivery, are subject to the conditions
set by these companies. India Visa Head Office accepts
no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third
party delivery companies |

5. India Visa Head Office will at all times endeavor
to process applications according to clients' request.
However it is the express responsibility of the client
to check the validity of the passport, visa or document
issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested,
the number or entries required and is also valid for the
purpose of trip.

6. Processing
times for, visas and other documentation are approximations
based on our experience with embassies, consulates and
the passport office. These are deemed reliable in most
cases but are not guaranteed.
Applicants should make travel arrangements
only after obtaining appropriate visa
and in some cases processing may take
longer. |

7. Unless specific instructions are received in writing
to the contrary, India Visa Head Office shall not be held
liable for acting in the best interests of and in a manner
which would be considered reasonable to enable them to
fulfill the implied instructions of the client. Any such
additional actions which incur additional charges shall
be wholly the responsibility of the client.

8. India Visa Head Office reserves the right to decline
processing of documents for any reason whatsoever and at
its total discretion, including but not limited to incomplete
documentation, insufficient processing time, and degree
of difficulty in obtaining such documents due to purpose
of travel. All disputes must be notified in writing to
India Visa Head Office within 30 days of invoice date.

9. India Visa Head Office reserves the right to retain
all documents until payment for processing is received
in full.

10. This

12. All columns of the application form must be correctly
filled in BLOCK LETTERS and BLACK INK. Incomplete application
forms will not be accepted. Suppression of facts or furnishing
misleading/false information will result in denial of visa
without assigning any reason. Please also check if you
already hold a valid visa on the current passport before
applying for a new visa, as the Visa fee once tendered
is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
The Photographs submitted should be taken against a plain
light background only. Applicants should make travel arrangements
only after obtaining appropriate visa. And in some cases
processing may take longer. Duration and the no. of entries
permitted will be at the discretion of the high commission
of India. |
